Imlay City Facade Loan Program - Loans are available for facade improvements in the City of Imlay City Downtown and Commercial Districts. Loans are available for up to $40,000 at a fixed 4% interest rate.
Imlay City Revolving Loan Fund - The fund offers small businesses financing of up to $100,000 for fixed asset financing or working capital purposes in cooperation with the banking community. The interest rate offered for this type of loan is 2% below New York Prime, adjusted annually, with variable terms from 12 months to 15 years, depending on the specific project needs.
Lapeer Development Corporation Revolving Loan Fund - The fund offers small businesses financing of up to $100,000 for fixed asset financing or working capital purposes in cooperation with the banking community. The interest rate offered for this type of loan is 2% below Detroit Prime, adjusted annually, with variable terms from 36 months to 15 years, depending on the specific project needs.
Imlay City Site Assistance Grant Program - Grants are available for downtown Imlay City commercial businesses to enhance the building facade. The grants are available at a 50/50 matching rate with a maximum grant award of $1,500. Grants funds can be utilized for facade improvements including but not limited to signage, awnings, paint, doors and windows. |
