Building Materials

Building materials are important, too. Exteriors should use materials appropriate for the character of the building as well as our Michigan climate, and should be compatible with nearby structures. We encourage the use of wood, stone, and brick. Quality construction and quality materials may cost more initially, but can save you money and time in the long run.
In summary:
» Again, think compatibility
» Quality counts!
