The Imlay City DDA is very excited to announce the DDA Commercial Facade Grant Program!
Any business/property owner within the DDA District is eligible for this opportunity. Businesses are eligible for up to $1500.00 of grant funds with a 50% match on front or rear facade projects. This can include doors, windows, awnings and much more.

Imlay City Facade Loan Program - Loans are available for facade improvements in the City of Imlay City Downtown and Commercial Districts. Loans are available for up to $40,000 at a fixed 4% interest rate.
Graffiti Grant
The City of Imlay City recently passed an Ordinance that requires the removal of Graffiti from commercial buildings.
To help cushion the financial obligation, the DDA is offering a Graffiti Grant.
The DDA is willing to pay for up to 50% of a $300 purchase. This can include paint, sandblasting, and power washing.

Lapeer Development Corporation Revolving Loan Fund - The fund offers small businesses financing of up to $100,000 for fixed asset financing or working capital purposes in cooperation with the banking community. The interest rate offered for this type of loan is 2% below Detroit Prime, adjusted annually, with variable terms from 36 months to 15 years, depending on the specific project needs. |
