DDA Commercial Facade Grant Program
 
The Imlay City DDA is very excited to announce the DDA Commercial Facade Grant Program.  Any business/property owner within the DDA District is eligible for this opportunity.  Businesses are eligible for up to $1500.00 of grant funds with a 50% match on front or rear facade projects.  This can include doors, windows, awnings and much more.

Recipe Walk Cookbooks
 
2008 Recipe Walk Cookbooks can be purchased* for $5.00 at the following downtown locations:
    
     Imlay City Hall, 150 North Main Street
     Imlay City Historical Museum, 77 South Main Street
     The Learning Depot, 244 East Third Street
 
*until supplies last

The Downtown Development Authority has recently purchased property at 150 Bancroft Street.
The office unit is available for rent.

2008 Farmers' Market Vendor Application
 
The Imlay City Downtown Development Authority is looking for Farmers' Market Vendors!
This year the market will begin in the month of MAY.
 
The market is held between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm on Thursdays during the months of May and October. Application forms can be downloaded from the web link below.
