The Downtown Development Authority would like to thank the residents of Imlay City and the surrounding communities for attending the Imlay City Summer Concert Series.
Hopefully, the 10 week concert series brought smiles and enjoyment to those who came out. The concert series is the third attempt by the Downtown Development Authority to bring night entertainment to Imlay City's central business district. The 10 week concert series was made possible with the assistants of a grant by The Greater Flint Arts Council through the Michigan Council of Arts and Cultural Affairs.
However, the majority of the funding came from businesses within the Downtown Development District. A huge THANK YOU needs to go out to them for events like this one and the continued improvements that are being made in Downtown Imlay City.
