In accordance with the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Bylaws, Section 3 – Terms:

“Terms of members shall be for four (3) years, except that of the members first appointed, as equal numbers as are feasible shall be appointed for one (1) year, two (2) years, and three (3) years. Thereafter, each member shall serve a term of four (3) years.”

Action Requested:
Board to assign initial staggered terms to members in accordance with bylaws.
